If you live in the doctors’ surgery boundary area (our reception staff can tell you where this covers) you can register with us as an NHS patient. Registering is quick and easy.
- Come in and see us to fill in a registration form.
- Bring with you one original item (not a photocopy) that shows you live in the area. This could be a council tax, water or landline phone bill, but it needs to have your name and your address on.
At the time of registration you will be offered a health check with a nurse or healthcare assistant. This is to ensure that we find out as much as we can about your health so that we can provide you with the best care possible. (We will only be able to prescribe medication for you after you’ve seen a doctor.)
